Who operates this site
Andrea Daniels, Healthway Wellness Brand Ambassador, operating PHAT GIRL DROPS(TM), is the operator responsible for the information collected through this site. For privacy questions, contact askandrea@phatgirldrops.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit, such as your name, email, mobile number, city and state, business details, referral source and ambassador code, event registrations and guest counts, applications, questions, interests, communication preferences, consent choices, and electronic signatures. Optional wellness intake answers may include date of birth, wellness goals, routines and health-related concerns. Please do not submit information you do not want us to receive.
We also collect site activity such as page visits, button clicks, session identifiers, campaign and referral attribution, and registration or check-in activity. Browser storage may help remember visitor preferences and referral activity. You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser; some features may be affected.
How we use information
We use information to process registrations and applications, issue check-in tickets, respond to requests, provide requested wellness and product information, manage events and the Glow-Up community, record consent and opt-outs, protect the site, and understand campaign performance. Marketing email and event SMS alerts are optional and require the applicable consent. Wellness intake answers are used for requested general wellness support, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Text Messaging (SMS)
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
PHAT GIRL DROPS Event Alerts may include registration confirmations, event reminders, and event updates. You must be 18 or older to enroll in SMS alerts. Messages will not include product promotions. SMS consent is collected through a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Date of birth is optional for registration and email confirmation; SMS enrollment is enabled only when a supplied valid date of birth verifies you are at least 18. Supplied dates of birth are stored privately with your consent record. Consent is not a condition of purchase or registration. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Access and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Authorized personnel may access information only to fulfill their assigned duties. Service providers supporting hosting, secure storage and message delivery process information only to provide those services, not for their own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety or security. Mobile information and SMS consent are excluded from third-party or affiliate marketing and promotional sharing.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill your request, operate the program, maintain necessary business records or meet legal obligations. Consent and opt-out records may be retained to document preferences and prevent unwanted messages. We use access restrictions and secure transmission to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can leave optional fields blank, decline marketing consent, unsubscribe using an email's unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to SMS. Opting out of marketing does not cancel your registration. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, email askandrea@phatgirldrops.com. We may verify your identity before responding and may retain records required by law or needed to honor an opt-out.
Children, external links and updates
Our wellness intake and SMS program are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children's information; contact us if you believe a child has submitted it. Purchases and enrollment on THREE International and other linked services are governed by those services' privacy policies and terms. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
